Each team plays one matchup per week.
League dues are collected and distributed through LeagueSafe.
DYN1 through DYN3 LeagueSafe Model: DYN1, DYN2, and DYN3 use separate LeagueSafe leagues for each paid season. Managers in those leagues pay the upcoming season annually and must also pay any future season tied to a traded-away rookie pick before that trade will be processed.
DYN4 and Later LeagueSafe Model: Dynasty leagues created as DYN4 or later use a single LeagueSafe league for the required three-season startup payment. That initial payment covers the current season plus the next two seasons before the startup draft begins.
For DYN4 and later leagues, the initial three-season LeagueSafe payment satisfies the future-pick payment requirement for those covered seasons.
Managers who trade away future rookie draft picks must have the league dues paid for the corresponding season in LeagueSafe before the trade will be processed.
Initial Season Payment: All new dynasty startups require three seasons paid up front before the startup draft begins: the current season plus the next two seasons.
Existing Dynasty Leagues: Existing dynasty leagues DYN1 through DYN3 require payment at the start of each new season. Managers must also pay for any future season involved when trading away future rookie draft picks.
Future Season Payment: After startup, managers must remain paid through the next two future seasons in order to keep full offseason access and participate in rookie-draft activity. If a manager trades away a pick beyond the farthest already-paid season, that farther-out season must also be paid before the trade will be processed.
Managers who fail to pay league dues by the designated deadline may be replaced prior to the rookie draft.
Offseason Team Access: At the conclusion of each fantasy season, teams belonging to managers who have not paid league dues for the upcoming season may be restricted from making transactions until payment has been received.
Full offseason transaction procedures are outlined in the League Calendar section.
The dynasty league follows a general yearly operating calendar.
The fantasy season concludes at the completion of the Week 17 championship game.
Once the championship game is finalized, the league enters the offseason period.
All teams will be temporarily locked following the championship game.
Offseason transactions will reopen after league dues for the upcoming season have been collected and processed through LeagueSafe.
The commissioner will announce when transactions have been reopened.
Managers who have not paid league dues for the upcoming season will remain restricted from making transactions until payment has been completed.
The NFL Draft determines the incoming rookie class for the league.
The rookie draft will occur within seven (7) days following the conclusion of the NFL Draft.
The commissioner will announce the official draft date within that window.
Managers must have the upcoming season's league dues paid prior to the rookie draft.
Managers who fail to pay league dues prior to the rookie draft may be replaced before the draft occurs.
Draft Order: Draft order will be generated using 100yardrush.com after the league is full and paid. The results from the generator determine the official draft positions, and the commissioner will post the results publicly for transparency.
Startup Draft Pick Trading: Trading startup draft picks is allowed before and during the startup draft if Sleeper supports the transaction and both managers agree to the terms.
Startup draft pick trades remain subject to commissioner review for collusion, abuse of the league system, or intentional disruption of the draft.
Draft Timing: The startup draft date will be scheduled after the conclusion of the NFL Draft once the league is full and all required payments have been collected. For new dynasty startups, that means the current season plus the next two seasons must all be paid before the draft begins.
Draft Speed: Each newly created dynasty league will be designated as a fast or slow draft before registration opens.
Fast Draft Timer: Standard fast drafts use 90-second pick timers.
Slow Draft Timer Before July 15: 8-hour pick timer.
Slow Draft Timer July 15 to Before August 15: 4-hour pick timer.
Slow Draft Timer August 15 to One Week Before the NFL Season: 2-hour pick timer.
Slow Draft Timer Final Week Before the NFL Season: 1-hour pick timer.
Slow Draft Overnight Pause: Slow drafts use an overnight pause from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM CST unless the league agrees to a different pause window before the draft begins.
Draft Flow: Managers are encouraged to notify the next manager after making their pick to help maintain draft flow.
Commissioner Scheduling: If a slow draft league fails to establish a draft start time after the NFL Draft, the commissioner will schedule the draft before the regular season begins.
Beginning in Year 2, the league will hold an annual rookie draft.
Rookie Draft Timing: The rookie draft will be scheduled within seven (7) days following the conclusion of the NFL Draft.
Managers must have the upcoming season league dues paid prior to the rookie draft in order to participate.
Managers who fail to pay league dues prior to the rookie draft may be replaced before the draft occurs.
Tradable Picks: Future rookie draft picks may be traded up to two years in advance.
Rookie Draft Order:
Non-Playoff Teams (Picks 1.01 - 1.06): Draft order for non-playoff teams is determined by Maximum Points For (Max PF). The team with the fewest Max PF receives pick 1.01, and the team with the highest Max PF among non-playoff teams receives pick 1.06.
Playoff Teams (Picks 1.07 - 1.12): Draft order for playoff teams is determined by postseason finish.
5th Place Game: The two teams eliminated in the first round of the playoffs will compete in a 5th Place Game during Week 16 using manual best ball scoring calculated by the commissioner.
3rd Place Game: The two teams eliminated in the semifinals will compete in the 3rd Place Game in Week 17.

No trades may be executed from the start of Week 14 through the conclusion of the Week 17 championship game.
Managers who have not paid league dues for the upcoming season may not make offseason transactions until payment has been completed in LeagueSafe.
Tradable Assets: Managers may trade players and rookie draft picks up to two years in advance.
Future Draft Pick Payment Requirement: If a trade includes a future rookie draft pick, the manager trading away that pick must have league dues paid for the corresponding season in LeagueSafe before the trade will be processed.
Trades involving unpaid future seasons will not be processed until payment is completed.
Future Payment Policy: League dues paid to satisfy the Future Draft Pick Payment Requirement are non-refundable.
Trade Review Policy: Trades may only be vetoed by the commissioner in cases of:
Trades will not be vetoed due to perceived imbalance or manager strategy.
Managers are expected to set a complete and competitive lineup each week prior to games beginning.
Intentionally leaving starting roster positions empty or starting known inactive players without reasonable cause is prohibited.
Failure to set a valid lineup may result in commissioner action including:
Intentional losing is not permitted.
Managers must make reasonable efforts to field competitive lineups each week.
Dynasty leagues require long-term commitment.
If a manager leaves the league, the commissioner will locate a replacement manager.
Replacement managers inherit the full roster, all future draft picks, and all league obligations associated with that team.
LeagueSafe payments are non-refundable.
Teams with unpaid league dues may be locked until payment is received or a replacement manager is found.
Each dynasty league sets a buy-in amount prior to the season.
League dues are collected and distributed through LeagueSafe.
Total Prize Pool: Buy-In x 12 teams.
Managers who fail to pay league dues by the designated deadline may be replaced prior to the rookie draft.
Prize Distribution: Prize payouts scale based on the league buy-in.
The additional $5 included in the 3rd place payout offsets the standard LeagueSafe withdrawal fee associated with prize distribution.
The Champion receives the remaining balance of the prize pool after the 2nd and 3rd place payouts are allocated.
Payouts are distributed through LeagueSafe after the completion of Week 17.
LeagueSafe majority approval is required before funds are released.
Major rule changes may only occur during the offseason.
Changes affecting league structure, scoring, roster construction, playoff format, or prize distribution require two-thirds league approval (8 of 12 teams).
Once the league year begins, rules remain locked until the following offseason.
